Customer Service Officer

Job Purpose

Proper and accurate handling of customer requests within the department and at other business layers in all services as opening new accounts, deposits and all AAIB products. Introduce, explain, sell, cross sell, and up sell bank services and products, clarifying all features to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction. Awareness of competitor’s services and products and ability to show points of strength and weakness. Propose new ideas to enhance performance or new products and services requested out of daily interaction with customers. Interface with customers to ensure bank obtains all necessary documentation and transactions follow bank's procedures and policies. Prepare secured facilities and personnel loans.
