Features and benefits
- An interest-bearing savings account with different interest frequency payout.
- A minimum required balance to open account and to be eligible for interest earning of EGP 500,000
- Domestic cash withdrawal and purchases access through ATMs and POS 24/7
- Cash deposit into the account is not available. Crediting amounts to the account is only availed through internal transfers from customer’s own accounts through mobile banking application (except for 1st day of each month) Transactions on this account are not allowed through AAIB branches
- Offered to individuals only.
- Account opening is only available through the Mobile App
- E-Golden saving Account Opening Fees: EGP50
- E-Golden saving Maintenance Fees: EGP25
- Interest is calculated on lowest monthly balance and credited according to the frequencies below

- Interest rates frequencies (Monthly, quarterly, Semi-annual and annual) as per customer preference through the mobile app. And according to the account opening date and the full period is calculated starting from the last day of the month for which the funds were credited.
- The interest amount to be credited to the customer current account, if the customer has no current account, then the interest will be credited to the customer’s Saving account in case the customer doesn’t have then the interest will be credited to the Golden Saving Plus Account.
For New to Bank Customers:
- Please visit any AAIB branch to open a Savings/Current account first with a minimum balance of EGP 20,000 to be able to receive transfers from any other bank
- Download the Mobile App and activate it.
- Open the E-Golden Saving account from the App by transferring a minimum of EGP 500,000 from the original Savings/ Current account
- E-Golden saving Opening & Maintenance fees are as stated above.
- Savings/ Current account Opening Fees is EGP 100.
- Savings/ Current account Maintenance Fees is EGP 50.
